Hi everyone! I am researching the Raines/Rains in Stafford Co. VA. I have Rowzee Raines born around 1815 but can not get beyond him. He married a Harriett ? then he married Rebecca Payne who I believe was the daughter of Charles Payne from that area. Anyone researching these surnames in that area?
