Are there any Boatrights listed or connected with the Allens? I am a Boatright descendant and heard that they were (the Allens) members of the kings guard and not allowed to have any personal life. Several Allen brothers escaped to colonies and changed their names to Boatright, but kept Allen in their given names. Have you heard any of this? God Bless, Linda
