Do anyone have any records of John de la Pryme (Primm) or his son John Primm? John de la Pryme was born in England about 1715 and died in Stafford County, VA in 1780. He married Margaret Welch 9 Sep 1739 in Stafford County, (Register of Overwharton Parish). They had four sons: William, James, Thomas, and John. John was born 17 May 1750 in Stafford, married Elizabeth Handsbrough, daughter of Peter hansbrough and Lydia Smith, 9 Oct 1777 and served in the Revolutionary War. They had seventeen children and moved to St. Clair County, Illinois in 1802. Most of what I know is from the Overwharton Register. Does anyone have any further references to this family?
