I found my Andrews ancestors there in the Page County census of 1860. Was this area ever a part of Shenandoah County? Thanks. 3. There is a Naked Creek just south of the Town of Shenandoah (Page County), Route 340 between Shenandoah and Elkton. I believe it is the border of Page and Rockingham counties.
