Hi Joyce, I don't think I have any LEGG family members linked to Prince William Co., VA. At least none that I am aware of at this time. It might make for easier comparison of data, though, if you were to cite dates (birth, death, etc) in addition to locations, when referring to events. Rather than throwing out names, because I have quite a few too, let me just say that my LEGG family line starts with John Henry LEGG, b. Abt 1849, Cabell Co., VA/WV and wife, Sarah Ann (CREMEANS) LEGG, b. 1869, Cabell Co.. There is some indication that John's parents were Willis LEGG, b. 1817, and Rebecca (CHAPMAN) LEGG, b. 1830. But I can't confirm that yet. As I mentioned in my original post, though, I am currently seeking any information available on a "more recent" ancestor - Reccie (LEGG) LUTZ, reportedly residing in Mount jackson, Shenandoah Co., VA , circa 1983, at the time of her father's death in Rockingham Co., VA.
