    3. Cynthia, I assume you have the personal property tax list. I don't have 1790 handy but I know the first four columns are white titheables, Blacks over 16, Blacks over 12 & under 16, number of horses mares colts & mules. The other 3 columns probably were number of stud horses, ordinary licenses, and carriage wheels but I'm only about 75% sure of that.
