Alley Are you referring to a photocopy of an original record submitted with an application to DAR? If so, you could write to NSDAR and see what the procedure is for obtaining a photocopy of the documents submitted. Also, you could contact the chapter registrar of the chapter that submitted the original application and see if someone has a photocopy of the original church records or if they are maybe still in existence in a library or archives.
