The Church is located on Route 11 as you enter New Market from the North. Driving South on Route 11, right after the first stop light which is the intersection of Route 211 and Route 11, there is a Church on the right side of the road. Turn right at the Church, behind the Church is the Cemetery. I don't know about who to see about locating a grave.
