Alley, the Fort Valley road is accessible from either rt. 211 near the peak of the Massanutten or from rt. 55 out of Front Royal, turn left (going west) on rt. 678. The road follows Passage Creek and leads to the old Camp Roosevelt. There used to be a wonderful hiking trail that would take you on a round trip to the peak with an overlook of Strasburg.
