Does anyone know if the courthouse in Shen. Co. is closed Tuesday or if they're doing what most gov't bldgs are doing and closing Monday instead??? Need info ASAP, please! I am told that a law was passed last year saying the Veteran's Day must be observed on the 11th. Schools are closed and libraries around here are closed.
