Hi, I am sure this question has been asked and answered many times, but please do it once more for me. I would like to get a copy of a will and deed from Shenandoah. Neither needs to be certified, just documentated where it came from. The Library of Virginia will provide this service for me at a cost of $30 per document. Is there a cheaper route? I have a telephone number for what I thought was the county clerk's office, but it seems to be for a private home. Would some one be good enough to walk me through this? Thank you very much.
