    2. Hello Kim, and researchers, In Ohio Settlers cd, I found many John Williams, in the war of 1812...don't know if any are the ones you are looking for...An example of one is Roll of Capt. John McNeals Co/Cavalry, 1812 Roster. County unknown. It lists John Williams, Musician, amongst other names. Would your John have been in the war of 1812, as well as the Civil War? Do you know the cemetery in probably Athens County that he might have been buried in? I see Cemetery lists for Ohio on one of the disks. Hope this is of some help.
