Hello, I was born a Harpine and live in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia. I know that my father and his parents came from the Cincinnati, OH area. Oddly enough my grandmother on my dad's (Harpine) side has her parents coming from the Middleway, VA area. My father was Franklin Harpine (no middle initial). His mother's name was Maude E. Hensell (Harpine). His father's name was Franklin J. Harpine and was quite a bit older than she was. If anyone has any info on this set of Harpine's I would really like to know more. Thank you, Sharon Harpine Renaldo
There were a lot of Harpines in Shenenandoah County connected to the Lindamood family. J. William Harpine put out a book on the Lindamoods/Harpines in the 1960s (?). I checked the index for your Harpines, but didn't find the names you mention.
