Susannah Henry was the mother of Moses Henry that married Nellie (Eleanor) Humes (Hooms) in 1790. Thomas Humes deeded 100 acreas to Moses Henry Jr. due to the kindness of said Henry. These activities and the following marriages occurred in Shenandoah Co., VA. My questions: Was the Moses Henry that married Eleanor Humes the Moses b. in 1753 or his son b. abt. 1773? The Moses b. in 1753 probably did have a son or grandson that later married Emily Morgan abt. 1843. Which Moses married Martha Manery in 1798 or Elizabeth Morgan 1825? Was Thomas Humes deeding land to his son-in-law or grandson? Any ideas out there?
