Have you gotten the marriage certificates for your ancestors? If not, you should. A book of abstracts is not a reliable source. You need the actual document. If you have marriage certificates (Shenandoah County marriages only), please consider sending a copy to either Don or me so that we can put them online. Once these are online, your cousins in Africa or Alaska or Timbukto can get copies without you having to send them as attachments through email or sending them out in snail mail. This is a wonderful new project I am starting because Don and I just love to watch the site grow. If you do not have copies of marriage certificates and would like to have them, please contact Linda Varney. http://www.rootsweb.com/~vashenan/varneylinda.html For those of you fortunate enough to live in the Edinburg area, the marriage certificates can be found on m'film at the Shenandoah County Library. Perhaps someone will volunteer to retrieve some so that we can put them online.
