Personal Property Tax List for 1831, in James Allen’s district, list 3 Coopers: George W., Joseph and a Jacob. There are at least 2 more George Coopers, one was a saddler and the other one was a shoemaker. Is the George W. Cooper listed in the Tax list one of these George's?
