Hello All, Does anyone know if funeral homes are bound by law to keep records of funerals, burials, they have conducted? If so, how long must these records be kept. Who would have access to them? Would the Freedom of Information Act have any bearing here? Would the time that records must be kept vary from county to county, or state to state? Thanks for any information or sources.
