    3. I think surely the line should be "we John >and< Henry ..." - but it is hard to tell without the document in front of me. The Samuel at the bottom may be a witness; again it's hard to tell without seeing the document. It is quite possible that the consent slips - if any - would be on the microfilm. I really have kept up with where the Shenandoah records are now and exactly what was microfilmed - it's been at least 15 years since I've been in the court house.
