Just a quick look at some land records shows: 1773 - Christain & Ann Grove 1797, 1804, 1805 - shows Martin Grove & wife Ann (Anna) along with John Grove & wife Nancy. I think John and Martin are brothers. It appears that their father was Mark Grove and they had a brother named David. By 1818 John/Nancy Grove and Martin/Anna Grove are in Ohio, John in Perry County, Ohio and Martin in Licking County, Ohio. Hope this might help your research.
