The will of George Grandstaff, Sr. proved 9 June 1823 lists his children as Philip, and notes "children of my son George decd", and Barbara Grandstaff, widow of my son George, Also mentions Magdalene, wife of John Helsy I believe this is John Jacob Helsley, eldest son of Peter, who married Magdalene Grandstaff on March 18, 1813. I believe Eve and her brother John Jacob Helsley married George and his sister Magdalene Grandstaff. George was dead by 1824 (per his father's will).
