I would be interested to know if you have any info on the ancestors of Thomas Loyd or any info on Amos b 1828 the son of John Peters and Catherine Pence Peters. Amos apparently had a child with Susannah....by the name of Mary CathrynLloyd? Peters? she is my great grandmother. Will be interested to see what info you might have found on all the above. The witness for my ancestor's marriage was Valentine Marshall who m. Francis Lloyd in Orange Co. VA abt 1830. I found Lloyds in Orange Co. and Shenandoah Co. VA, but cannot tie them together. Francis Lloyd's parents were Robert and Tabitha Lloyd. Robert's will was probated in Champaign Co., OH in 1844. I am attempting to determine where Valentine Marshall might have been between 1818 and 1824. Where could he have met Francis Lloyd? Nancy Corder Halvorson
