Several years ago I was in touch with Jim Artz. He gave me some tips on getting information on Confederate pension applications from the Library of Virginia. I am looking for the link that he told me about so I can do some further research on this. Also, I believe he was the person who supplied with a couple of pages from a book on The Danville, Eighth Star New Market and Dixie Artillery by Robert H. Moore II. I am in need of further pages or information from that book. If anyone has this information or can put me in touch with Jim Artz, I would be very grateful.
