Gloria, I have the book: "Casper RADER-Johan Casper ROTTER 1732-1812" by James Lee RADER 2006 This Wythe County, Virginia RADER was first found in 1765 in Bethel Twp., Lancaster County (now Lebanon County), Pennsylvania and as you said, ended up with land at Cove, Wythe County, Virginia and passing away at Wythville.
