Just for the record Hank Jones in California who I referred to in my post is one and the same Henry Z. Jones that you referred to. If anyone ever get a chance to go to one of his seminars, I highly recommend it. I learned more from him then I had from any genealogical seminar I have attended, which are numerous, with the exception of my favorite seminar lecturer who is Dr. George K. Schweitzer who dresses up in costumes that relate to his subject. Worth every penny to see him although he has slowed down in his lectures because of his age. ------------------- On another subject related to that post, I have been told that the quote below from a book was incorrect. His name was Abraham Kendrick with a K not Hendrick with an H. If you check Chancery records you will see that there are no Hendrick's mentioned in Chancery but there are a ton of Kendricks including the Abraham Kendrick below. Thanks to the person who alerted me to this. Will Records of Shenandoah County, Virginia 1771-1791 Will Records of Shenandoah County, Virginia Book A OSPage: 467 Name: Abraham.
