    3. Chocy, I have no idea, but I'd get my order in quickly, if I were you. They are having three distributions/signings, and people were lined up to get them at the first one. The fellow who funded the publication (I think) said the price would go up with the next printing. I didn't think to ask how many were printed, and it doesn't say in the NVD article. I know what a "treasure" this publication must be plus answers to many of my questions that I have not been able to get answered. I appreciate so much your sharing the book ordering information. These types of publications are hard to find out about if you live in California like I do where this is not general information! BUT, I have my receipt and can hardly wait to enjoy my "Merry Christmas To Myself" present!
