Hi, I did not see any wills for a McCarty listed but did see this: Will Book A, Page 250 John MacCanthur, Senior, Shanando County, Colony of Virginia. Wife: Rozeanah. Sons: John, Frederick, Daniel, David. I do see a mention in the will of Elizabeth Zirkle, widow of George Adam Zirkle a daughter listed as "Catherine McCarty".
