Listmates, The Gospel Messenger was one of several of the Brethren newspapers who published many obits of many of the Brethren people all over the United States and beyond. They are archived several places. The Virginia people are archived in the Bridgewater Museum, at Bridgewater College, Bridgewater, Virginia but there is also a national headquarters and worth checking out if you have Brethren ancestors. We have found many obits in these newspapers. Some are on-line. Gloria
