Good Evening Vashenan Listmates, Does anyone know the dates of publication for The Strasburg News? I am looking for what ever newspaper was publishing in Northern Virginia in 1928. I was told that The Northern Virginia Daily did not start until 1932. Thanks, Gloria Bushong

Hi, I know the Warren Sentinel was published prior to 1900 and I have never been able to locate all of these.  I believe Front Royal VA library has some on computer.  Let me know if you find any or any other newspaper.  Loudoun County VA also had newspaper I believe called "Loudoun Times".  It published articles on various people in Front Royal and the area. I never located many of these either.  This seems to be where good genealogical info is recorded. I am interested in Boyd/Jennings info.  These two families came from MD early 1800's.  Could be earlier.
