Thanks Louise. I have an obit for Calvin Bushong that was clipped out of a 1928 newspaper and I cannot figure out what the newspaper publication had it. That's why I asked. Gloria B. ----------------- Here's the obit: CALVIN BUSHONG Calvin Bushong died at his home in Millersville, Maryland on 7th April 1928, aged 84 years 6 months. On Monday his body arrived on the noon train at Toms Brook, after which the funeral services were held at St. Johns Reformed Church at Harrisville, conducted by Rev. C. E. Robb. The body was laid to rest in the cemetery nearby. He was a consistent member of the Reformed Church from boyhood. He was a Confederate soldier and was held as a prisoner at Fort Delaware for 18 months until the end of the war. He never married but made his home with his father, the late Isaac Bushong and for a number of years lived at Toms Brook. Some years ago the family moved to Bunker Hill, Berkley County, West Virginia, then to Clearbrook, Virginia, and then to Millersville, Maryland. He leaves four half brothers and two half sisters, Thomas J. of Lansdowne, Maryland; Rev. Charles A. of Baltimore, Maryland; Rev. William E. of Phoenixville, Pennsylvania; Clinton of Millersville, Maryland; Mrs. Sophie Clark of Millersville, Maryland and Miss Elizabeth Bushong of Brooklyn, New York, who is a nurse in the United States Navy and during the world war had a great experience on the ocean. All of his close relatives attended the funeral excepting Thomas, Sophia and Elizabeth. The pallbearers were John W. Printz, W. O. Keller, D. J. Reynolds, Hubert Rickard, D. H. Keller and Angus Bauserman.
