WOW. This is the first documented mention of Elizabeth's birth date and/or death date I've been able to find. I believe that this Elizabeth is the wife of George Will 1746-c.1815, who with his brother John, were the first of the Will family to settle in Shenandoah County. They came from just east of present day Littlestown in Adams County, Pennsylvania. She is both my fifth and sixth great grandmother. Now if we could only find her maiden name...
