Thanks for the information, I have just started this Va connection, a newly found cousin says there is, the Kibler line of mine came to the US from Erbstetten Germany in 1832 and settled in Trumbull County Ohio

I have a Kibler in my family tree (not direct line). Peter Hoop, Jr. married Modeline Kibler on March 29, 1796 in Shenandoah County, VA and they were in Highland County, Ohio about 1800. Her parents were John and Catherine Kibler. John died and her mother also went to Ohio. I think maybe some of her siblings went too. In Ohio I have seen Kibler written as Gibler. Let me know if there is a connection.

Shirley, Thank you for the information. In doin gmy research I have located a Kibler cousin in Calif who told me there is a connection in our branch in Ohio to the KIblers in Va. I think somewher there was a Christian Kibler and Anne Magdalene Latsch on Va, Welll that is the name we start with in Gewrmany. They had a son Martin Kubler (Kibler) b abt 1750. Martin m Christina Hofer , thewir son Johannes b june 2 1779 Erbstetten he married Catharina Kublerine, they and there 8 children came to the US on 2/23/1832 on the Wilhemnia via Rotterdam and settled in Trumbull County Ohio two of their sons moved to Crawford County Ohio I have the 8 childrens names and dates of birth etc if you need them, thanks once again Gil

I'll bet that Benjamin Row is probably the brother of Jonathan (also seen as Johnathan) Row who was born Dec. 22, 1809 in Maryland. He married Sarah Bradley in 1834 in Page Co., VA. There are some Rowe/Row families in nearby Washington Co., MD. There is a George Row in Isabella Furnace Twp., Shenandoah Co., VA in the 1820 census that might be a possibility for Benjamin's father. Be sure to check RAU spellings too!
