Lori, I think people should be aware of just how much information they give out to companies when they send in GEDCOMs. The con artist are so happy to see new ones submitted. Yes, It's so nice to share, but be very careful, I for one enjoy sharing with others, I try to be careful, but I do realize I slip at times as well. Now Family Tree Maker is what I use and in this program one can personalize the livings information. I don't know about the other programs, I haven't used any other, but I'm sure they would have this opposition as well.
