Dear List, I am searching for anyone with family ties to Kinnie William Wagner. Born at Speers Ferry, Virginia, Scott County on Feb.18,1903. He was known as a Notorius Outlaw. Was in prision in Mississipi, from where he escaped in 1948. He was eventually re-captured and returned to the federal penitentiary in Mississippi where he remained until his death in 1958. He had a heart condition. He was returned to Weber City, Scott County,VA for burial. If anyone has any family info please reply. Thanks, Dana
