Can someone tell me where to find information on a Francis M. Hickam shown on the Roster for the 48th Virginia Infantry. Would like a bit more info on this gentleman before I go to the expense and "waiting" period for a file. Does anyone know who I can contact that would have at least the vitals on this man, etc. Thanks in advance......
