The William Penn Taylor I have was born on 11/6/1819 in Ashe county NC, he married Elizabeth Daugherty in Scott County. Not sure of the date of marriage. This William is the father of John Harrison Taylor and the Son of Jonathan Taylor. please answer to tator20@charter.net
