John Loyd, Revolutionary war soldier, born 1763 Cumberland Co. Va. later lived in Surry Co. N.C., Washington Co, Scott Co, and Russsell Co. Va. The 1817-1780 tax lists of Scott Co. show Benjamin, Pleasant, John, John Sr. and Thomas. Other possible siblings are Sarah (Sally) who was my g grandmother. married Jacob Back, and Charlotta, who married Nathaniel Potter, and Nicholas Loyd of Wayne Co. Ky, and Alabama. Have additional info to share but need connections, relationshiips and parentages. Would appreciate any help. Thanks!
