They both are listed in the 1820 Russel Co census and Stephen is listed in the household with Thomas J. Fuller in the 1850 Scott Co Census. I think Stephen Jr was my ggg grandfather. He was a son of Abraham Fuller & Mary Sargent. This can be proven from the family bible records of both Stephen & Abraham.
