Hi, Clara I have no information on your Seymore family, but did you know that a discrepancy in ages may sometimes be accounted for by the time of year the census taker visited the family; whether before or after the people had birthdays that year. Check at the top of the census page and it should give you that information. Neighbors may have been visited either before or after your family, so be sure to check the proper page. Just a thought in case you aren't aware. For all who responded with helpful ideas, thank you very much. I have been working on the Seymore family for about 5 years now. Slowing I have found bits and pieces. I did find my great great grandmother Elizabeth Seamore's husband and second family and found some 4th cousins. I still haven't found where her father James was from or his parents. In the census many of his children state he was from NC so maybe his parents will eventually be found. His children and grandchildren are found in Scott, Lee and Wise Counties and on down into NC. I am really grateful for these lists and the nice people who use them. Thanks again, Clara __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? The New Yahoo!
