Does anyone have information on a Mary Belcher who married Joel C. Ramsey on the 6 Aug 1813 in Russell Co. VA. She was born on 7 Jun 1792 in Grayson Co VA. She died on 8 Oct 1872 in Dungannon, Scott VA. She died at the home of her daughter, Mary Jane Ramsey the wife of Jonathan Wheatley. Would have to have parents and siblings. Carmen Kay
