Hello, I am looking for descendants of James Seamore and his wife Eliza Unknown. They came to Scott Co. from Sullivan Co. TN and first appeared in the 1850 census. Their children were: Elizabeth (ca1824-) John (ca1832-1904) James (ca1834-) Calvin (ca1836-) Edmond (ca1840-) Nancy Jane (ca1845-) William (ca1846-) Frances (ca1847-) Thomas T/F. (ca1848-) Joshua (ca1849-) Newton (ca1851-) These children married and have descendants from the following names, Seymore/Seamore, Roberts, Bowen/Bowens, Lawson, Neeley, Pridemore, Qualls, Rogers, Smith, Standley, Michael, Jackson, Durham, Dalton, Motley, Hackman I am also looking for descendants of Alf Smith married to Dora Williams living in Scott Co. 1900. Their children were Myrtle (1890-) Ethel (1892-) Ora (1895-) Gragery (1897-) Avery was a nephew. Does anyone have any info on these families.
