Thanks Jim. My dear old relative, Louise Cross Taylor passed away a year ago, but I had spoken to her about the family about a year before she passed on. Louise was the daughter of John Cross and Viola Taylor. She married Hershal Hickman, believe Hershal..def. Hickman. Viola had two sisters, Myra and Cora Lee. Cora Lee Taylor married John Cross's Brother, Henry Cross. Myra Taylor married Ralph Cross who is yet another brother, son's of David Cross and Anna Carden d/o Elbert Carden and Emiline Hatcher. Louise told me, as she was growing up, every sunday they would go to their Taylor Grandparent's in Scott County, VA. I've never researched them..just thought you might be interested, if not, maybe someone else is..You just have to put it out there for any possible connections. I desc from a sister of the Cross brothers, Elizabeth Cross b. 1895, she married James Henry Carroll son of Andrew and Salley Sams Carroll. I have a new computer and haven't pulled my genealogy off of the old one yet. So if anyone connects and want's to exchange info, ie dates, photos etc..Let me know and I'll get them..
