I am sure that your John Moore connects or is related to the following family. Many of John Moore and Sarah Goodman's descendants were in Scott, Wise Cos. VA and Floyd Co. KY I have a couple family connects to John Moore's descendants. I also have Moore connections to Moore family in Lawrenc Co. OH by 1816. I hope this helps. Bet. 1760 - 1765 NC d. October 11, 1840 Floyd Co. KY Married March 1784 Rockingham Co. NC. Sarah "Sally" Goodman had a sister Elizabeth Goodman b. abt. 1779 NC. Children of John & Sally Moore: 1. Joel Moore was born Abt. 1780 in NC. ( January 15, 1765 from Charles Moore), and died Aft. 1840 in Scott Co. VA. He married JUDITH "JUDE, JUDA" GIBSON. She was born Abt. 1785 in VA most likely Russell Co., and died in Russell Co. Virginia. She was born Bet. 1805 - 1812 in N.C., and died Aft. 1880 in Floyd Co. Kentucky.
