Abt. 1770 VA. died after 1850 Pike Co. KY Said to be the son of James or Joseph & Ruth Gibson, he is said to have a sister Charity Gibson b. 1778 VA, who married m. William Branham. William married #1. Unknow in VA. Believe William Gibson to be father of: 1. Lambert Believe he is the Lambert Gibson who married Margaret Gibson 9-19-1829 Scott Co. VA 2. Zachariah (This is not Zachariah Gibson who married Ann Johnson) Zachariah Gibson b. abt. married 1. Unknown; m. 2. Elizabeth McGehee/McGee 1822 Pike Co. KY dau. of Merriman McGehee/McGee & Unknown. It is possible Zachariah and Elizabeth McGee may have been together in the 1820 Scott Co. VA census together. Zachariah Gibson continued to be in Scott Co. VA census until 1850 and he is in the 1860 Wise Co. VA census. 3. Elijah m. Nancy McGee October 15, 1824, dau. of Merriman McGehee/McGee & Unknown.
