Hi Evon, I know of a Fincastle, Virginia that is north of Roanoke, Viginia on Route 220. I am not sure, but I do not think it is in Scott County though. This is the only Fincastle that I know of, does not sound like the one your looking for. This one is about 2.5 to 3 hours away from ScottCounty. I tried to find something in Scott County called Fincastle with no luck. Sorry I can't help with Fincasle in Scott County, Virginia.
