The given and middle name are Common in the Descendants of David Jesse Carty ca 1750-prior to 1840. He and several of his descendants are found in Russell and Scott County and several descendants move on to Floyd/Johnson County KY as well as many of the other counties of East KY in the same generation from which your ancestor seems to be a part.
