I have the book. I recently moved so it is still in one of the boxes. I checked Amazon to find out the going price. I will be going through a lot of my books and skinnying down. I recently donated all my California history books to a historical society in Sacramento. After all, how many funerals have you attended where the hearse is followed by a U-Haul? I will locate it after Christmas. Right now there is too much to do. Paulette
