I don't have any documented date of birth for William Johnson, but I can say with certainty that he died about Oct/Nov 1798. This can be proven by the following entry in the Law Order Books: Law Order Book 2, Page 521 27 Nov 1798 The last will and testament of William Johnson dec'd was produced in court and proven by the oaths of John Thompson and William Thompson witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded. Also, Susannah's father was not a Richard Thompson, Sr. I don't know who that is supposed to be. I am now reasonably sure that the nine Thompson sibling's father was named John Thompson. He appears on the 1782 Washington Co., VA tax list on John Kinkead's list along with sons John, Richard & William. He also appears on the 1772 Botetourt County list of tithables on the Clinch River. I'm not certain of this yet, but his wifes name may also have been Susannah, for whom Susannah Thompson would have been named after. William Johnson & Susannah Thompson's children were: John Johnson married Elizabeth Fletcher; Leanna Johnson married Abraham Owens; Anna Johnson married John Robinson; Rebecca Johnson married William Robinson; Richard Johnson married Priscilla, last name unknown; Thompson Johnson; William Johnson; Elizabeth Johnson.
