I have been reorganizing my material and I came across one sheet for Samuel Wesley Maxfield, born 9/10/1865. Married to Mary_____. Children Noah, Arron, John L., Laura, Paris, Dora, Walter M. Gray, Sylvia. and Samuel in Russell Co. Va. I have hotes that Samuel (Samie) Maxfield was living with his grandmother Jane Lockhart in 1910 New Garden. I would like to know who Samuel Weley Maxfield's father was and also who Mary' s Maiden name is. My notes say that he married again and children by this marriage were Bessie, Edie, and Sim. Can anyone give me more information? I am researching the Lockharts, Maxfields, and Whitts.
