I am trying to find the parents and siblings of Charles Albert Ball. He was born May 10, 1895 and died July 16, 1958. He was born in Russell County, Virginia. I do know that he married Flora Magdaline Nipper around the 1920's. She was born in 1900 to a Madison or Mathias Nipper, son of John Nipper. John Nipper, from what I have been told, served in the Civil War. Any help on this brick wall would be greatly appreciated. Connie and List I found a Charles A Ball born 1895 living in Elk Garden of Russell Co Va in 1900. Ensley Ball Head va 1858 Sarah Ball wife Va 1868 Frank Ball Son Va 1883 John A Ball Son Va 1887 Mary M Ball Dau VA 1889 Thomas R Ball Son VA 1892 Charles A Ball son Va 1895 Jonah Ball son va 1899. Ensley Ball was living next door to Charles Ball and James W Ball and his wife Louisa Wyatt of my Wyatt Line, James W was the son of James and Catherian Ball. Hope this Helps Dave Hicks
