Flora Magdaline Nipper was born in 1900 to a Madison or Mathias Nipper, son of John Nipper. John Nipper, from what I have been told, served in the Civil War. John Nipper was the son of William Nipper from Smyth County, Virginia. He later moved to Russell County, Virginia. I may be mistaken but I think John Nipper's brother was also Taylor Nipper.
